The issue of same sex marriage was back before the Federal Appeals Court. Proponents of Proposition 8 want to throw out a landmark ruling that called the ban on same sex marriage unconstitutional, because the judge who ruled was himself in a long term same sex relationship. Proposition 8 proponents also want a ruling to keep the public from ever seeing video of the federal gay marriage trial. Christopher Martinez filed this report on today's court hearing.
