Students at UC Davis set up a new encampment and called for a strike next Monday. The actions came after UC Davis police last Friday pepper sprayed nonviolent student protesters in the face. The students were sitting on the ground, with arms linked. UC Davis Chancellor spoke at the rally, apologizing for the pepper spraying. Some students and faculty are calling on her to resign.
