Reformers Call War On Drugs A Failure

An international conference on drug reform is being held in downtown
Los Angeles. The Drug Policy Alliance is hosting the four day event that highlights
what it calls the failure of the war on drugs. The organization says
drug use has remained steady while mass incarceration
disproportionately affects low-income, communities of color.
The Alliance is calling for the decriminalization of marijuana and is
focusing on legalization on a state and national level. Ernesto Arce reports on the "No More Drug War" rally and concert last night.
