Attorneys for the Occupy Fresno protest movement filed a lawsuit in federal district court this week against Fresno County for violating the first amendment rights of protesters. They are claiming that ordinances used to arrest demonstrators in Courthouse Park are unconstitutional. Vic Bedoian reports.
