The Alameda County District Attorney's office says it will not file criminal charges against Francisco Ramos Stierle, an undocumented peaceful activist arrested while meditating at the Occupy Oakland encampment. He refused to stop meditating as police moved in to shut down the encampment early Monday morning. But the man friends know as Pancho faces deportation. Glenn Reeder has more.
