Another arrest at the U.C. Berkeley campus today boosted the total to 40 -- as student activists and others tried to establish an Occupy Cal encampment. Organizers are calling for a student strike next Tuesday, the day before a U.C. Regents meeting in San Francisco. Students are also calling for a probe of what they say was excessive force police used last night to break up their attempt to set up an encampment. Joaquin Palomino filed this report.
