ACLU Sues L.A. Sheriff Over Crackdown On Photographers

Three photographers and the ACLU have filed a lawsuit against Los Angeles County for alleged harassment by Sheriff's Deputies solely for taking photos in public places.
On at least six occasions the plaintiffs, from amateur photographers to veteran photojournalists, detained and ordered not to take pictures in public areas, where photography is permitted. Dan Fritz filed this report from Los Angeles.
