A Los Angeles attorney is filing a third lawsuit against one of the Fullerton police officers involved in the altercation that led to the death of a homeless man, Kelly Thomas, in July. The attorney says officer Kenton Hampton is involved in all three suits including the beating that eventually led to the death of 37 year-old Thomas.
