L.A. Foreclosure Report Documents 80 Billion Dollar Loss

A new report, released today by a coalition of labor and community groups, says Los Angeles has lost $80 billion in home values since 2008. The report details how blighted, foreclosed properties have brought down home values in entire neighborhoods. In front of blighted properties in Watts, the groups announced a plan of action to get banks to re-negotiate more home loans and clean up blighted, foreclosed properties. Dan Fritz filed this report.
