Hopes are fading for a farmworker family in the Fresno area fighting deportation of three of its family members to Mexico. The Mendoza family had been hoping for a reprieve from the Department of Homeland Security. But last week the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in San Francisco upheld its deportation decision. Two undocumented family members will be allowed to stay for a year to help care for a U.S. born toddler with leukemia. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
