In its most scathing report to date, the ACLU has raised the alarm over how LA County jails are run, alleging deputy abuse and neglect has led to numerous incidents of violence. The American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California is calling for Sheriff Lee Baca and his top brass, to step down, and for federal authorities to undertake full criminal and civil rights investigations.
