Union Asks Cell Phone Users to Boycott Verizon

Bay Area members of the Communications Workers of America are staging rallies outside Verizon stores, asking cell phone users to stay away. Some 45,000 C.W.A. members are on strike against Verizon on the East Coast. Carla West reports.
