L.A. Supervisors Delay Vote on Parolee Plan

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has again delayed a vote on its state-mandated plan to take over supervision of thousands of state parolees, amidst concerns over funding. The new state law also forces counties to imprison non-violent felony offenders in county jails instead of state prison. Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
