L.A. Mayor Defends Calls To Revise Prop 13

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa appeared at a South Los Angeles home today, newly renovated under a federally-funded program that helps cities improve neighborhoods hardest hit by the Great Recession. As Dan Fritz Villaraigosa also stood by his call for a revision to property tax cutting measure Proposition 13.
