Judge Hears Argument On Releasing Video Of Prop 8 Arguments

A federal district court judge in San Francisco heard testimony today over whether the video record of last year’s landmark trial over the constitutionality of Proposition 8, the same sex marriage ban, should be released. Dan Fritz reports.
