Immigrants rights groups and public officials are denouncing the Obama Administration's Friday announcement that it's abrogating its agreement with states on sending fingerprints of those arrested to immigration authorities. The Department of Homeland Security now says participation in the so-called "Secure Communities" program is mandatory -- not optional. Christopher Martinez reports.
