The lawsuit over California's Proposition 8 ban on same sex marriage took another turn in court today, with lawyers arguing over a motion to throw out a federal court ruling that overturned the measure. The ruling is on hold while the case works its way through the courts. But supporters of Proposition 8 say the ruling should be thrown out because the judge who ruled in the case, Vaughn Walker, is a gay man in a long-term relationship. Opponents said it's an offensive attempt to "knock off" the judge in a civil rights case because he belongs to a minority group. Christopher Martinez reports from San Francisco.
