Large Field Contests L.A. Congressional Race

Sixteen candidates are on the ballot in Los Angeles today to replace retiring Democratic Congresswoman Jane Harman. If no one wins 50 percent of the vote, a runoff among the top two vote getters takes place in July. Ernesto Arce reports.
