L.A. Hotel Redevelopment Plan Raises Concerns

A new plan to redevelop a hotel in downtown Los Angeles has unanimously passed the city council. Opponents raised concerns about digital signs and lighting expected to cover the new high-rise. Dan Fritz reports from Los Angeles.
