Supporters of California’s same-sex marriage ban have filed their written arguments with the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals, accusing Chief US Judge Vaughn Walker of being “one-sided” when he decided proposition 8 was an unconstitutional violation of gay Californians’ civil rights.The attacks on Judge Walker allege he may have “a personal interest in the outcome of the trial,” based on unconfirmed rumors first published in the San Francisco Chronicle that Walker is gay.
