Legislation to regulate California’s medical marijuana industry is on the desk of Governor Jerry Brown, decades after voters approved Prop 215 creating the nations first law to allow the use of medical marijuana. Supporters of the legislative package gathered at the State Building in Oakland to urge Governor Brown to sign the measures into law. Christopher Martinez reports from Oakland.
