Last night the Berkeley city council voted on two proposals to raise the minimum wage. Advocates say a hike in wages will benefit workers while bringing the city's minimum wage in line with surrounding municipalities. Opponents complained it will hurt business who already struggle to pay their staff. Pacifica's Mike Kohn files this report.
