No-Fly Lawsuit Goes to Trial in San Francisco

A Federal court in San Francisco is holding a first-of-its-kind trail on the “no-fly” list and secretive Department of Homeland Security procedures on terrorist watch-lists. The court heard plaintiff’s testimony via video, and in a bizarre twist, the plaintiff’s daughter was denied a visa to attend the trial because of another apparent no-fly order from Homeland Security.
