What is Twitter's Public Offering for San Francisco?

Over 150 people crowded the sidewalk in front of Twitter's downtown San Francisco headquarters to rally against the drastic rise in evictions they say is fueled by the giant tech companies in their city. The protestors decried the tax breaks Twitter has received from the city, amounting to $56 million--money that could be used to address persistent problems ailing San Francisco's long-time and low-income residents.
