Los Angeles city worker unions showed up to City Hall this morning to protest Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa’s budget proposal. The Mayor wants the city to hold off on scheduled pay raises for the next three years. The union coalition countered saying it’s been taking a hit for years and wants its due.
