Health care workers rallied at Napa State Hospital to call for increased safety measures. The rally came in the wake of two assaults, one resulting in death. Psychiatric technician Donna Gross was strangled to death by a patient during her lunch hour while she was on the hospital grounds last October. Two months later a rehabilitation therapist suffered a fractured skull after she was attacked by another patient. Similar attacks on health workers have occurred at jails and other facilities. Sabrina Jacobs reports from Napa.
