Democratic candidate for President Julian Castro is making a swing through California in a bid to raise his profile among the twenty-two hopefuls in the field. On Friday he appeared in Fresno among a large gathering of Party enthusiasts. Although Castro barely registers in national polling, he has garnered donations from the 65,000 people in 20 states necessary to qualify for the first round of debates to be held June 26th and 27th. Castro was Mayor of San Antonio from 2009 to 2014 and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the Obama Administration. Vic Bedoian reports from Fresno.
